Hi! Try these following steps first:

Clear your browser cache/cookies if using a web browser

If using the TV app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it
Make sure your TELUS account password hasn't expired

Did not work. Was told mobile data wint suffice and must have optik. Can you confirm this please?
