Equipment Return

I was asked to return an equipment and that I will be charged for not returning it. I haven’t borrowed any equipment as everything was pre installed when I moved in to that apartment unit. 

When explaining this to the representative on the call the simply said “Oh” and moved on with my service cancellation, but I still received the email later asking me to return it.

What am I supposed to do in this situation?

    Hi rhswb369 - I would advise to give a call to customer support and to request a note on the file or 1-866-558-2273 and ask to speak to the Loyalty or Retention Department. State clearly that the equipment is the permanent property of the building (part of a pre-installed media panel) and was not supplied to you directly. Ask the agent to document this on your account so the automated return system stops sending notices!
