Community Power UserI don't have parental controls enabled but I believe you can set it up to block specific channels. Netflix is 422 and Youtube is 322. I hope it works for you.
- I already block the channel, but my kid still can watch YouTube by pressing apps on the remote. They can access the YouTube channel now, but still can access the YouTube app. It’s the same thing! Before I was using Shaw, Shaw allowed me to block both channel and apps.

Also the cell phone, the sale told me $10 a month, but I just got the bill, they charge $80 dollars a month!
Telus always hiding the charges when they trying to sell you a service. That’s why I let Telus for many year ago!
