Eero mesh or another solution

Hi  Just moved to another house. Previous house had networking throughout and I was on fiber optik. Now this house doesn't have networking throughout but does have coax in some spots. Also no fiber ...

I'm not familiar with Eero but I have similar issues. For one desktop I got a wireless adapter (USB or PCIe are available):

I also use Powerline gear for a hard to reach spot. Note speeds, at best, will be 1/4 of the number displayed. So AV1000 will give you roughly 200-250Mbps under ideal circumstances:
