Double-Charged on Internet Bill

For transparency, this has now been resolved. I did in fact get double-charged, however, I still do not have an answer as to why or how I was double-charged.
The resolution is that I have been given a bill credit in the amount that was taken from my account, so I theoretically should not be charged for my next billing cycle.
Hopefully this helps other folks, make sure you double-check your credit card statement if something seems off but it isn’t being reflected on your Telus bill statement.
