Do I need emailed waybill for equipment return?
I had my Internet cancelled today and the return equipment instructions gave me a return ID # and said to give that to Canada Post and they will print a waybill.
Is this the best way to return the equipment? I've heard a waybill will be emailed but I haven't received one. I tried to download one online by providing my account # but it didn't work.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Yes, returning your equipment using the Return ID at Canada Post is the correct method. When you provide the Return ID at the counter, they’ll generate a prepaid shipping label (waybill) for you on the spot. There’s no need to print or download anything yourself.
