Disney Activation with Stream Plus - Still unfixed
Hey everyone, 2 weeks ago our Disney stopped working as part of Stream+, called support, reset, etc etc no change, told 2 days, 2 weeks later still no change and no one at Telus can give me an answe...

Update: This morning our service began working, took some time and many tickets but looks like all is restored.

same here, had disney+ working for many months, today i logged in to disney+ and found out i no longer had the subscription. Attempt to go through the "launch" button from my telus does take me to disney+ but it still want me to choose a subscription manually and have to enter payment information. Anything else i can do from my end?

Sadly no, the online chat here and tech support is best resource, but it definitely takes sometime. From our ticket being opened until resolved was almost 2.5 weeks.
