I have called in 4 times now to discontinue our home phone line. Each time they say so sorry we will do it right now ..and then when I call back in a month they say sorry it wasn't done right we wil...

Finally got the right help and my issue is now sorted. Shame that chat/call-ins couldn't seem to help but this online forum did the job so thanks!
