Disconnecting a home phone that is my brothers ,not mine.
My brother just moved to a seniors home from rehab and no longer needs his phone at his previous address. he is not competent in dealing with these kind of issues. Is there away for me to help him close his account
No, they did not.Just confirmation of my account and knowledge of his previous address.

I was able to do this on Telus Chat .. all done
