2 months agoHi there, With the TELUS Digital Box, you’re not missing any hidden settings. Even when Screen Saver and Power & Energy options are set to Never, the box still has a built-in inactivity check that prompts “Are you still watching?” after several hours. Unfortunately, this behaviour can’t currently be disabled by customers, it’s a system-level feature designed for energy-use compliance.

Well, if you are looking for feedback for future updates this is one of them. So far I have not been overly impressed with the digital box and really have not seen where it is an “upgrade” from my PVR. But appreciate your response.

I am getting a bit frustrated with the digital box. It often takes up to a minute to load a channel or it comes up with an error message and I have to reboot. Do I have the option to go back to my old PVR if this continues?
