Difficulty Cancelling Service; Website Errors

I want to cancel my service but I can't talk to a human. I have been on hold for two hours. I tried the chat bot, I tried ordering a new plan on their website but it just glitches out. I am so frustrated I just want out and there is no one available to help ALL I WANT IS TO BE OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE THAT IS TELUS PLEASE IF ANYONE IS READING THIS SEND HELP!!!!!!!!

  • In the my Telus app, go to support. Type in CANCEL and then it will organize a callback from retention. No waiting needed.
