Difficulty Cancelling Service; Website Errors
I want to cancel my service but I can't talk to a human. I have been on hold for two hours. I tried the chat bot, I tried ordering a new plan on their website but it just glitches out. I am so frustrated I just want out and there is no one available to help ALL I WANT IS TO BE OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE THAT IS TELUS PLEASE IF ANYONE IS READING THIS SEND HELP!!!!!!!!

In the my Telus app, go to support. Type in CANCEL and then it will organize a callback from retention. No waiting needed.
