Customer Service Issue
Paying customer for 25-26 years. I am tired of being lied to and these agents on the phone not volunteering information and providing all the information required before hand. I'm tired of wasting ...
I want to like this because I am also exhausted with the Telus customer service process but this system says I need to verify my email to "like" and I have done that. Just more pain to interact with Telus.
