CTV Channel 801 on optic TV freezing and disconnecting

Channel 801 CTV is freezing and disconnecting on optic. It is the only channel doing this of all the channels we subscribe to.  Telus technical support had me reboot everything on my end but not sure what they tried but it didnt work. Any other users who solved this please let me know. Thanks
