Crave subscription
I log into Crave on my television but I get a message that states I require a subscription to watch. I have a subscription and have been watching for a few months. What is going on?

23 hours agocourtneyg Is this still happening? Can you try unplugging power to your set-top boxes for a minute, plug them back in and try again? This will force the boxes to pull your profile again in case there was an issue with it.

Luckily, it fixed itself yesterday. I was able access and view all shows in the app and it restored my Watch History.
I will try your suggestion if it happens again :)
