Crave subscription
I log into Crave on my television but I get a message that states I require a subscription to watch. I have a subscription and have been watching for a few months. What is going on?

TELUS_Support I have the same issue. I have subscribed to Crave for almost a decade and yesterday midway through a show, an error message came up and now on the Crave app all Crave/Starz channels are locked. Shows I was watching this past week don’t even show in the app anymore at all.
I checked that I was linked through my Telus subscription and this is what it said:
Telus: Connected
Contact your TV provider for details on your subscription.
I checked MyTelus and yes, I am still paying for the Crave subscription.
Please help.

courtneyg Is this still happening? Can you try unplugging power to your set-top boxes for a minute, plug them back in and try again? This will force the boxes to pull your profile again in case there was an issue with it.

Luckily, it fixed itself yesterday. I was able access and view all shows in the app and it restored my Watch History.
