Crave is gating HBO

Anyone else having an issue in Crave, Sep 5 2026, log into Crave, try to access the HBO content you pay for, all shows/movies are gated behind a shopping cart.  Click ways to watch, says you can watch it on Crave, but I'm in Crave!  Happens in the Crave Android app and Crave website.

    Hey ryan_hydeme - sorry to hear about the trouble. A few questions to zero in on the issue: 

    - Have you been able to view that content  in the past or is this your first time trying?

    - Which device are you trying to view the content on?

    - Do you have a Crave subscription listed in your My TELUS account?
