CP24 on Optik TV for Toronto folks
Hello
When i inquired about Telus TV, i was told since i live in Toronto i would get CP24. After days of searching and reading i came to conclusion its not there.
Called the customer service to be told that CP24 is only available via Telus satellite TV and not Optik TV. i have channels that shows other province stuff but find it difficult to believe we can't also get local content.
Do we know if we can suggest this to Telus or am I going to be told its a dispute between Bell Media and other providers ?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. CP24 is owned by Bell Media, and at this time it’s not available on TELUS TV due to content distribution agreements. That’s why it may be offered on TELUS Satellite TV but not on Optik TV, even in Toronto. Channel availability can vary by platform based on broadcaster licensing, not location. That said, your feedback is important. We can pass this request along to our programming team so they’re aware there’s interest in having CP24 available. While we can’t guarantee changes, customer feedback is reviewed and considered during discussions with content providers.
