connecting apple devices

Pls., let me know, how can I setup my router for being able connecting iPad or iPhone to use apple play, or picture transfer. When I try it, the apple devices mostly report: there is no other device on the network. It was only once, when I was able connect them.

    Can you describe more clearly what you are trying to do, and what devices you are using?

    Also, which router you have.

      I'm using Samsung TV and iPhone, resp. iPad. I want to use AirPlay and photo transfer from ACDsee. On the router is written: Telus WiFi hub. Some minures ago it was working, now, it doesn't wor again.

        By the way: the ACDsee is on a PC, Win10 newest version.
