Connect app login
Every time I try to log in the connect app I get
Oops Sorry our log in service is unable to log you in at this time
Tried on my gf phone and same result any way to make this work?

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue today. It was working fine before. None of the steps suggested solved the issue. I also rebooted the modem router, but same. This really sucks because I can't control anymore the internet schedule time for my kid. Why is there no web version for the app? 👎

Hey! We totally hear you that's super frustrating, especially when you're trying to keep tabs on your kid's screen time. We had some issues with the app yesterday, but everything should be working now.

If you’re seeing the “Oops, Sorry our login service is unable to log you in” message, here are a few steps that often resolve it:
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version in your app store.
- Clear the app cache or uninstall/reinstall the app.
- Double-check that your My TELUS login credentials are correct (the Connect app uses the same login).
- Try connecting over mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, just to rule out network issues.
