Closing of Family Estate
My father in law passed away over a year ago and had a Telus home line. Despite contacting Telus on several time to let them know of his passing his estate account continued to accrue monthly expenses. After contacting Telus three separate occasions an being re-assured by Telus the charges were not valid they have now sent the outstanding amount to a collection agency. Has anybody been able to get any help from Telus to resolve this matter or was filing a complaint at the CRTC the best option?
