Closed captions come on using browser

Watching TV+ on Mac (macOS 15.4.1) with Safari 18.4.  During live tv or watching recordings, closed captions always comes on, even though it isn't selected.   USUALLY I can toggle closed captions on ...

Hi rt1 - if you click on your profile at the top and click on settings you'll see under Accessibility that you can turn Closed Captioning on and off. We understand that you say that it is off but please try enabling Closed Captioning and then turn it off again. 

 

Let us know if that fixes the problem
