Channels that are part of my subscription plan are not showing up i
My plan shows that is should include Paramount channel 390 and it is not showing up. Also just recently my plan included Crave TV and suddenly that has changed to a Prime Package. Is Telus making cha...
Notices are posted here usually. Paramount shut down their channel back in January and they're focusing on their streaming service that they charge more for. A lot of broadcasters have shut down channels, or have announced the upcoming shut down of them. Definitely read through the notices.
As for Crave changing to Prime, I don't know. I know you can choose which premium service you want but I've never seen them randomly change before. You should be able to change which service you want to use under your account.
