Channels no longer available
Yesterday my PVR was no longer recording so I followed all the steps and solved that problem. Great and easy! BUT now when I was checking my upcoming recordings, all the ones for channels (in St. Albert AB) 125, 131, 133. 135. 140. and 349 are no longer available. These all appear to be channels listed on my bill as Essential channels. They have always been available until yesterday.

Hey Maureen47 - I see your original post and the follow-up comment but I wanted to check where you are not seeing the channels. Are you no longer seeing them in your guide to watch the channels live, or are you no longer seeing the upcoming recordings?
If it's the latter, that's probably because of the troubleshooting you did - more than likely the PVR needs to be told to record the shows again since you were having issues. That should fix the problem

Definitely odd if you didn't make any changes to your subscription at all. Send our TELUS_Support account a private message and our team can take a look at your account to investigate.

For me, in Edmonton, I still have all of those channels and they are working normally. Are you seeing an error message or what's showing on the screen when you go to those channels?
