Cant find how to schedule Fiber drop

I have Telus Fibre currently, and am moving soon to a location that has Fibre to the neighbours, My unit doesn't have an active Fibre drop, does anyone know who i need to speak with.

My new home has a POTS NID on the side of the home, but the system won't even let me order VDSL, as its been turned off for Fibre availability
