Can't adjust Telus TV+ caption size
The Telus TV+ captions are huge, and I've tried many times to adjust the caption size, following the directions provided and nothing seems to work. I've also rebooted the box. Nothing seems to work. Optik never had this problem. Is it a software issue since you updated to TV+?

I have same issue for several months (6+ months), since day 1 of using the Android bixes. Telus says they are working on it when reported it, but still no app update that fixes it.
Sounds like the responses from T17 a Telus Team member, Telus still is not admitting too or recognizing this issue.
We tried that repeatedly. The captions seem to change size with some of the apps but never with Live TV or On Demand.
Tried that. It doesn't work. Never had this problem with optik. Is there a way to switch back to optik?

1. Verify the Settings:

- Navigate to the Telus TV+ settings menu.
- Look for the "Accessibility" or "Display" options.
- Find the closed captioning settings and ensure they are turned on.
- Look for text scaling or caption size options within the closed captioning settings.
- Confirm that you are selecting the desired size (e.g., Small, Normal, Large).

- Go to "Settings" > "Device Settings" > "About" > "System Update".
- Check for any available updates for your Telus TV box.
