Cannot Sign into Telus TV+ (Error 404-3304) Login Error

Hello,

 

I can't sign into Telus TV+ on my mobile app, PC browser or Optik TV box. It's not hardware related because I get the same error on all of these devices.

 

I know I am using the correct username and password, because if I type the wrong password it says 'Password incorrect, 5 attempts and account is locked for 1 hour'. When I type in the correct password (that grants me access to MyTelus, TelusConnect etc.) it says login error 404-3304 contact TV support.

 

I get the sense that there is some sort of account synchronization problem (because I can log into all Telus logins, except related to TV+), however customer support has no idea, and just drops my calls or transfers me to their 'superior' or 'specialist' and they aren't helpful either. I was on the phone for 3 hours yesterday and am losing faith.

 

Does anyone know of any solution? Thank you very much.
