CANNOT CANCEL STREAM +

I have tried for days to cancel my Telus Stream +. I just spent over an hour and half being transferred from person to person not getting anywhere  I have also filled out the form to cancel and have not heard anything from Telus. When I make the request to cancel online it continues to give me this error  "It looks like this part of the page couldn't load. To try again, please refresh" its been saying this for over a week. I just want to cancel!!!
