Cannot activate disney and amazon on optik tv
Technician came over and installed everything, security and all that optik box thing. I recieved and email to activate prime, netflix, and disney. Clicked on that green link, it goes to the optik tv...

Maybe we have different os model?
there is no "apps" on the device preferences tab under settings.
When i try to access the apps from the main page, it makes me do a new account application, in which if i do, im gonna end up paying for another disney or amazon prime account

Sorry I said preferences instead of device settings. Please try
Settings>Device Settings>Apps

Whenever i do this, it prompts me to make a new account on disney or amazon, and doing so, i will have to enter another mode of payment.. and doing that, im gonna get separetely billed for the services and not through Telus which is part of the plan that im paying for.
