Cannot Access Gateway Modem
I am having issues trying to connect to the Gateway Modem. From what I understand the IP address is http://192.168.1.254. Username = admin I have no idea what the password is. Suggestions from th...
There is a sticker under the cover of the NAH with the login and password. Remove the screw in the centre of the cover (if installed) and get a small flat screwdriver (or something flat) and lightly press the tab behind the screw hole between the 2 pieces and the cover comes right off.

I finally managed to remove the face plate cover.
In the videos I viewed it wasn't that obvious as to which tab to press.
Had to use a mirror on the floor to aim the flathead screw driver.
Lets call this solved. Thanks jackrabbit000.
