Cancellation

I cancelled my Telus home services 2 times over the phone now. Still they continue to charge me. How do I make this stop.

    Print a bill. Write “Cancelled <date>” on it. Keep a copy. Mail to the address on the face of the bill.

  • Good luck! We phoned and checked that ours was cancelled a couple times (kept getting the pesky "house isn't armed" emails when it should have been cancelled already). We were told it was cancelled multiple times. It showed up on our bill again - called and they wanted $700 in cancellation fees suddenly.

    I wish you the best on getting this cleared up.
