Hi Raptor, if you’re unable to access it using the default login credentials printed on the router, you can perform a factory reset to restore the settings to default.
Try these steps and let us know if it works for you:
Locate the Reset Button: Look for a small reset button on the back of your router. It’s usually recessed and may require a pin or paperclip to press.
Press and Hold: Using a pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for about 10-30 seconds (depending on your router model). You’ll see the lights on the router flash, indicating it’s resetting.
Wait for Reboot: Once the reset is complete, the router will reboot. This process may take a few minutes.
Log In Again: Use the default login credentials printed on the router to access it. Make sure you’re connected to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.- 57raptorFriendly Neighbour
All it says on it on the bottom that it's a Telus WiFi Hub

Well as soon as I find a paperclip or pin I'll try the reset, but at the moment I have neither.
