Can access google and my bank but not reddit or twitter and some other sites

Something strange is going on, on both my phone and my wired desktop I can ping all of these site's (cibc.com, google.com, reddit.com, x.com) all under 5second latency. But reddit and x.com says Err_...

Tried logging into my telus to contact support get an error that I cant login. To try again later

    Are you using a VPN? That error message is common if someone tries accessing MyTelus while using a VPN.
