Can’t get the fiber directly to nh20a to work??
The tech came upgraded my internet to 3gb he’s nice and even swapped both my wifi 6 box to wifi 7 instead of just 1.. the problem lies.. he ain’t able to get the fiber thru the sfp module to work on the nh20a? He even swapped out the nh20a to a new one and still wouldn’t work.. so he resort to remove the old Nokia ont unit that he was gonna take away anyways and put in a new Nokia ont that supports the higher speed… only problem.. it uses the one and only 10gb port.. now all i have left is the 1gb ports.. and the current solution is use the 2.5 moca adapters?? But that renders all the new cat6 lines I pulled useless.. any suggestion?

Hi Wai_lai416 - you can always contact the tech who assisted you if you have questions or are unhappy with how things were set up.
What we can also do is check the technician's notes as there may be a roadblock and that's why things were set up that way.
