Call Screen Not Working
Does anyone know how I can get this feature to work. It used to work but now I get a recording saying the call can't be completed to *60. There is no one at telus technical support who knows what this feature is or how it works. I've been on the phone for hours and sent numerous messages on the Telus app but there is no help available. There was a ticket open but they just closed it without fixing the problem.

Telus has dispatched technicians to come to my house. Meanwhile I did a survey on our neighbourhood listserv and so far 15 people have responded saying they're getting the same recording as I do.

TELUS_Support I have the same issue, can you advise how to access Call Screening for home phone? *60 no longer works.
