Burying BC Hydro Lines / Would like to do the same to Telus

Hi, We are required to place a private pole on our property and will be buyring the BC Hydro Lines (distance to house exceeds bc hydro requirements, and will be deleting mast). We would like to also bury Telus lines, can you please confirm how we coordinate this work.

    Hi benjcsmith15 - the process would be to have your conduit all installed and ready to go. Then you can contact our technical support team to have them dispatch a tech to then complete the job. Do keep in mind that there may be a cost for the dispatch

        There is no specific size that is supposed to be used. If you speak with an electrician or even a contractor they should be able to help guide you through the process as well.

         

        Since we don't use proprietary equipment, it should be able to be handled by any professional
