burnaby area: amber light on modem home internet

There is no internet connection from this morning 5 am EST time.

And the modem shows amber light on "Internet"

Area: burnaby

i have retried restarts multiple times.

Any resolution?

We have had difficulties reaching BC phone numbers today, even if the individual is not currently in BC. Possibility of some widespread issues due to weather?
