Breach of security problem
So doesn’t seem like Telus is really doing much but I’ve been able to control other people’s accounts and passwords through the connect app. It’s connecting me to random modems and Wi-Fi six boosters. It’s not connecting to my modem so it’s giving me access to change your Wi-Fi password that has access to their security alarms whatever is connected so this is not good.

Of course if you have their login password.
But are you saying that you can come to my house and your connect app will see my password and allow you to change it?
No I do believe my account is accidentally linked to someone else’s modem like it says my address but not my hardware and wifi name
