Billing

Hi,

I noticed there is an increase in my July bill eventhough I have agreement in effect until 2026. If I understand correctly, the whole idea of entering into an agreement is to ensure I pay a fixed price for the period of agreement, irresepctive of any reason. Also, while Telus website does mention about increase, it also says if I am in agreement, the new rates will not be applicable until my term expires. Please explain why should I pay the increased bill amount before the expiry of my term.
