Billing Issue
Dec 2023 2 yr contract include security $190/month auto pay w cc
Dec 2025 price goes to $325/month and I don’t notice on cc x 5 months ($675)
No recourse or refund when I call AND $89 to cancel smart camera but I got it at the same time as contract that expired.
Has anyone had experience w freedom internet/tv or Roger’s/shaw.
25 yr customer. Mobility went to freedom after 25 yrs last month. 3 phones.
