Billing Dispute broken

Unable to contact Telus.  AI Chat is useless.  Redirects my back to broken "Billing Dispute".  

ISSUE:  

I had unlimited internet. I was forced to upgrade to FIBER on the assurance that there would be NO change in my bill. I have this in writing. Now I have an overage charges PLUS a higher base bill amount. I should have unlimited internet at NO change in price. How "convenient" that the only "dispute" contact method is broken.
