Bill is labelled as overdue, but pre-payment was made

I happened to look into my account and saw that my bill on Nov 28 is 11 days overdue. I have pre-payments enabled and I can see in the transaction history that Telus received a payment on Nov 21. I confirmed with my bank that the transaction was successful as well. Is there any way we can make sure that I won't get penalized for this?
