Bad packet loss when playing rust / other games

Swapped out all my ethernet cables to see if it was faulty one, and figured I maybe had fixed it but it seemed it was just later in the evening and the problem was less prevalent. whether that's coincidence or not I'm not sure. worst time seems to be between 3-7pst

Can you post the entire MTR? 96.1.221.82 isn't the game server IP.
