B21A manual
Is there any documentation available that describes this devices capabilities? In particular, I’m looking for info that explains what the Ethernet port lights are communicating.

I still haven’t been able to find the documentation. Anyone able to provide a link? I believe the device is an Arcadyan NH20A

You can find the full documentation for your TELUS device (including a breakdown of the Ethernet port LED indicators and what each light means) on our official support site.
That’s great news! Unfortunately, I have not had any luck finding this documentation. Is there a link, or some other guidance you can provide to help me track it down?
El-EricSorry, to be clear, which device is the B21A? We have internal names that are more common to be used so I want to make sure we are talking about the same thing.
Most of our devices have a 1Gb port unless it supports 2.5Gb or 10Gb. Most ports are actually labeled in our equipment if you want to double-check. Otherwise I can look for an answer for you
