Automatic Withdrawal
Hello,
I am set up for automatic withdrawal from my credit card for the Telus home services. But it is not billed as a recurring payment from Telus, so i am not getting the 4% cash back on recurring bill payments. Looking for a solution for this. Thanks.

Hi there, While our automatic payments are processed as standard transactions, we recommend checking with your credit card provider to see if there are any options to categorize them as recurring.
