I managed so solve it. Sort of. I disabled both 5G wifi networks, went through a Sonos process to (sort of) re-establish the Sonos network. Once that was working, I re-enabled both 5G systems and things are fine. I am 99% sure it was a Sonos issue, not a Telus issue.

2 months agoBridge mode is only used if you plan to install your own third party router to connect. It would connect to the main Technicolor gateway. It isn't a solution for everything and in this case, I think it would cause more problems for you. There are plenty of posts out there where Sonos users can't get the apps to find the devices. Did the apps previously find your Sonos speakers?
