Apple TV subscription not able to link

Having trouble linking my Apple subscription to my Telus tv. This Apple TV subscription is with Telus TV. I am logged into the Apple but it will not link to the telus TV app on my television

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out! If your Apple TV+ subscription was added through TELUS, it should link automatically through the TELUS TV+ app, but sometimes a refresh is needed. 

    1. Restart your TV box and ensure you're logged into the correct TELUS TV+ account.
    2. Log out and back into your Apple ID on the Apple TV app.
    3. Check that your Apple TV+ subscription appears under “My TELUS”
