Anyone else's internet slow / not working?

I signed up to take advantage of internet, cell phone, and home security bundle.  Good price

 

Internet has been horrible.  Feels like I've gone back ten years.  I had forgotten all about the "joys" of buffering but now I experience it regularly.  Started to disconnect our cell phones from home wifi because cell data is faster.  Filling out the log-in to post this question was a challenge.

 

Anyone else?  We're in Saskatoon.

  • I'm on Vancouver Island and have buyers remorse. The internet has been out most days lately. It was an absolute nightmare to get everything set up and my husband has spend many hours on calls with 'customer service'. No complaints about the people on the other end of the home, but I do wish we had not taken the salesman up on the offer to switch. I'm currently on hold with Telus. My husband cannot work at home with this situation and he's a small business owner. Ugh.

    What type of internet do you have? The only internet Telus offers in Saskatchewan is mobile (cellular) internet. That's most likely using SaskTel's towers as Telus only has maybe two towers in the entire province.
