12 months agoThank you for reaching out. This is a known issue for existing Amazon Prime members attempting to activate through Stream+. Unfortunately, customers with an active or on-pause Prime subscription will need to cancel their current membership before activating Prime with Stream+.

If this is an ongoing issue, then why haven't you corrected the issue or stop telling your customers that it is as easy as signing in and not putting this information easily accessible on your instructions page.
