Amazon Prime Activation
Wondering if anyone else has seen this error while attempting to activate Amazon Prime though Stream+.
You already have an active Prime membership on this account.
Existing Prime members are ineligible for this offer.
I have an existing Prime account and Telus stated that my existing membership would pause, however this dose not seem like the case.
I've tried calling Telus for help but i've spent hours and hours on the phone with no luck. I just keep getting transferred from one team to another. Completely useless.

Thank you for reaching out. This is a known issue for existing Amazon Prime members attempting to activate through Stream+. Unfortunately, customers with an active or on-pause Prime subscription will need to cancel their current membership before activating Prime with Stream+.

If this is an ongoing issue, then why haven't you corrected the issue or stop telling your customers that it is as easy as signing in and not putting this information easily accessible on your instructions page.
