Is there one or two guys coming off the pole? OR is there only Telus services attached to the pole? If there is no Telus strand but only a drop wire (or fiber coming from the road) you don't need the guy as a drop wire doesn't load the pole. A guy will be required IF Telus has a STRAND dead ended at your backyard pole. A pic would be helpful.
